Clearly identify which sections of the EHCP you are appealing and what changes you want to each.

Mediation certificate obtained

You must contact a mediation adviser before appealing content. Obtain the certificate even if you choose not to mediate.

Proposed changes documented

Write out the specific wording you want in Sections B, F, and I, with references to the professional evidence.
